
Course Description: Participants attending this workshop, will have the opportunity to hear the latest issues and trends in DNA as well as, interact and share information from the field. This workshop will address the emerging trends and issues regarding DNA technology including: crime scene collection and preservation, crime lab policy and procedures and court proceedings and testimony.

Swienton, president of SciLaw Forenscis, Ltd., and the Director of Outreach for the National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology, and Law at Stetson University College of Law, holds a B.A. degree in Molecular Biology, an M.F.S. degree in Forensic Science, and a J.D. degree from Washington College of Law.
